Questions that require special attention

Within the scope of the equality-promoting work which aims to develop the educational institution's operations, particular attention should be paid to

• student selection
• organising the studies
• assessing study performances
• different learning styles and
• preventing and eliminating sexual and gender-based harassment.

When preparing the planned work at the educational institution and when making decisions on equality-promoting measures the prevention of discrimination based on gender identity and gender expression should also be taken into account. This means e.g. that the educational institution tells students about gender diversity.
